Mission
“First is unity, then prosperity. Kopano ke matla Banareng!”
With unity and teamwork nothing is impossible, every dream can be accomplished. Ba Ga Mohlala is about uniting all the Mohlala’s into one big family that shares knowledge and opportunities, and most importantly cares and supports each other in happy or sad times.
“Each generation goes further than the generation preceding it because it stands on the shoulders of that generation. Mmala wa Kgomo o taga Namaneng!”
Usage of our knowledge to rediscover our history, for without our history we are like leafs that do not know they are part of a tree. Capture our experiences and wisdom for future generation. Ba Ga Mohlala is about researching this knowledge, capturing it and sharing it.

No one of us is as smart as all of us. Life is full of challenges that can be turned into opportunities. Ba Ga Mohlala is about creating a network of diverse individuals who can help each other to turn challenges into successful endeavors through sharing experiences, offering a helping hand, most importantly helping each other to connect with relevant stakeholders that help us advance our mission. It is our life’s mission to seek out every Mohlala and make them aware of the Movement.

Celebrate what you want to see more of even life itself remember happiness only grows through sharing. Disappointments are part of life, but hope helps us find a way through. Ba Ga Mohlala is about being there to celebrate those special moments in each other’s life (i.e. birthdays, weddings, graduations etc.), but most importantly we are about providing a shoulder to cry on in times of grief and providing a holding hand during times of uncertainties.

The success of the family starts with the success of a family member; the success of the community comes from the success of the family thus the success of the community is the success of a nation. Ba Ga Mohlala is about being active in the communities they live in by ensuring progress and prosperity. Ba Ga Mohlala is about exploiting the opportunities for development of their communities towards nation building.
Vision

· An insurance facility for the sole purpose of burials.
